Meet twice a week over the next month to improve your balance and begin to strengthen bones and muscles with Pilates based standing exercises. Your £36 fee gives access to the next eight sessions - book and pay just once, and the zoom link will be sent to you. Just like a 'normal' class we have chance to say hello and chat before and after class, ask questions and check you are doing it 'right'. Sessions are thirty minutes to fit them easily into your day. No need to get up or down from the mat, you will be standing or seated throughout the class - you just need enough room to move your arms around you safely. Delivered in line with Royal Osteoporosis Society exercise guidelines around being Strong, Steady and Straight, this course is suitable for anyone wanting to prevent falls, including, but not only, those with a diagnosis of osteopenia or osteoporosis. If you cannot attend a pre-booked workshop or 1-1 session, please contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule. For courses and blocks of classes, please contact us 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a session, in which case you are welcome to receive a recorded class in place of the live. Please note that bookings cannot be refunded, except where classes do not run. Minimum numbers apply to all courses and classes.
