Service Description

You are booking a four week course of Bones & Balance +Mat. Each week we spend fortyfive minutes doing standing exercises to improve your balance and begin to strengthen bones and muscles, then 15 minutes Pilates on the mat. Booking this four week course gives you a saving, and encourages you to make a commitment to your wellness! Join our friendly group where you can chat before and after class, ask questions and check you are doing it 'right'. If you only want to do the standing exercises, book 'Bones & Balance'. If you want to pay weekly, book 'Bones & Balance PAYG' Delivered in line with Royal Osteoporosis Society exercise guidelines around being Strong, Steady and Straight, this course is suitable for anyone wanting to prevent falls, including, but not only, those with a diagnosis of osteopenia or osteoporosis. If you cannot attend a pre-booked workshop or 1-1 session, please contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule. For courses and blocks of classes, please contact us 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a session, in which case you are welcome to receive a recorded class in place of the live. Please note that bookings cannot be refunded, except where classes do not run. Minimum numbers apply to all courses and classes.
