Service Description

Precision and Flow Classes are an intermediate level class for those with a solid background in Pilates from an experienced teacher. The exercises build on your existing understanding of core connection and alignment and are more challenging in terms of load, precision and choreography. Guaranteed to leave you with a feel good glow having connected deeply to your core and been guided through some challenging sequences.

Cancelation Policy

If you cannot attend a pre-booked workshop or 1-1 session, please contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule. For courses and blocks of classes, please contact us 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a session, in which case you are welcome to receive a recorded class in place of the live. Please note that bookings cannot be refunded, except where classes do not run. Minimum numbers apply to all courses and classes.
