Private Studio Sessions

Private Studio sessions offer bespoke movement training - your body, your goals and at your pace.


The large Pilates equipment which we have in the Studio - Reformer, Cadillac and Chair - can both support and challenge your body. The equipment helps you train through a full range of movement, connecting deeply to your core without impact on the joints, ultimately improving your strength and mobility.


Private sessions are a great way to get started with Pilates. They are also great for those dealing with specific issues or injuries, and for those just looking for a more personalised environment in which to exercise. The Studio doors open straight onto the garden so there is plenty of airflow and birdsong creating a great environment in which to workout.

Equipment sessions can be built around your schedule - they offer a chance to really understand your own body. A single session can get you started - a series will give you skills to last a lifetime.
