Bones and Balance Leg and Shoulder Release
This is a slightly slower paced class with clear instructions on squats and back of leg stretches. There is asome sige leg balance with options to make ithings easier or trickier. A great place to start if you new to the Bones & Balance standing series, or want a calmer class! If you are feeling a little more energetic, you could add some liht weights to the final section of the class. This is a good one to release tight back, hips and legs.

Bones & Balance Hip strength and coordination
Move your spine to limber up, then get into to standing lunges, building up the movements to add coordination and balance challenges. Add some hip strength, then wrist, foot and leg stretches to bring you back to earth! No weights, and very little arms overhead with this one, so fine if you have any shoulder issues.

Bones and Balance Leg Strength & Stretches
A half hour standing class foussed on leg strength as well as spinal mobility. The balance challenge gradually increases so you can stay in control and build your skills.

Release & Recover Roller Class
Take just 40 minutes on the foam roller to release tension in your legs, neck and back. Follow it up with a ten minute blast of moving the spine in all directions. Ideal as recovery from loaded work such as hiit, running or cycling, this session is designed as a feel good treat to release tightness leaving you refreshed and ready to go! All you need is a foam roller and a blanket or throw.

Bones & Balance Circles & Squats
This is a thirty minute gentle standing session to stretch, balance, coordinate and strengthen. There are some squats and lunges, lots of foot mobility and strength work, dynamic balances and circular movements to lubricate the joints.
