Open to all because Pilates is for every body and every body matters. If you’d like to join this class simply fill out the Welcome Form on the Website Menu and come along.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a pre-booked 1-1 session, please contact us BY PHONE 24 hours in advance to reschedule. For Workshops, 48 hours is required. For mat class courses the payment is for that block of classes. PAYG offers more flexibility if you are unable to commit to a full block. Please note that bookings cannot be refunded, except where classes do not run. Minimum numbers apply to all courses and classes.
